The
Online Licensure Renewal for 2009-2010 is in the mailing process. If you have
not received your renewal letter by September 30, please contact us
at board@slpaud.ohio.gov. **Reminder**
we encourage you to renew early online. The deadline for online renewal
is December 31st. (Updated 8/13/08)
Once
you have received your renewal letter you may access the online renewal at https://license.ohio.gov/secure/login.asp.
Enter your user ID and password printed in your letter.
Continuing
Education must be completed by December 31, 2008. You will be able to use continuing
education collected between the date you renewed in 2006 until December 31, 2008.
By Ohio Administrative Rule (OAC), twenty (20) clock hours are required. Ten (10)
of those hours must be in your area of licensure. You may also access our Continuing
Education frequently asked questions and the OAC rule at http://slpaud.ohio.gov/continued.stm.
Licensees
are encouraged to renew online and well prior to the December 31, 2008 deadline.
Those who cannot renew online must mail in the renewal form attached to the renewal
letter.
