The Online Licensure
Renewal will be available beginning July 5th.
On
or after July 5, 2006 you may access the online renewal at
https://license.ohio.gov/secure/login.asp.
Enter your user ID and password printed on your renewal letter.
Continuing
Education must be completed by the time you renew your license.
You will be able to use continuing education collected between October
1, 2004 and up to when you renew your license. By rule, you will
need 20 clock hours and at least 10 of those hours must be in your
area of licensure. You may also access frequently asked questions
and the rules for more information at http://slpaud.ohio.gov/contined.htm
Licensees
who cannot renew online must request a mail in renewal form from
the Board, by E-mailing to board@slpaud.state.oh.us
