The deadline
for renewal was December 31, 2008. If you did not renew prior to midnight
12/31/08 you will be charged $150.00 late fee in addition to the renewal
fee of $100.00 payable to the "Treasurer, State of Ohio"
(Total $250.00), should you choose to renew late. The Aide Renewal
fee is $50.00 plus the late fee of $150.00 (Total $200).

The Online Licensure
Renewal for 2009-2010 was mailed. If you did not receive your renewal
letter, please contact us at board@slpaud.ohio.gov
or (614) 466-3145.
Once you have
received your renewal letter you may access the online renewal at
https://license.ohio.gov/secure/login.asp.
We encourage you to renew online. Enter your user ID and password
printed in your letter.
Continuing Education
must be completed by December 31, 2008. You will be able to use continuing
education collected between the date you renewed in 2006 until December
31, 2008. By Ohio Administrative Rule (OAC), twenty (20) clock hours
are required. Ten (10) of those hours must be in your area of licensure.

Dual Licensure
is $150.00 and must be mailed. The Dual Renewal Form is mailed to
those who are Dually licensed in order to take advantage of the reduced
rate.
