If you are inquiring about your licensure application status please be patient during this busy time.

To view the status go to the licensure verification page at https://license.ohio.gov/lookup/default.asp?division=84 and type in your last name. If your application is pending without a number it is in process and you will receive a letter if anything is missing. If it is complete and ready for licensure review a number will be assigned and it will be PENDING until the next review. Most licensure applications are reviewed the 1st and 15th of the month, or the next business day.

*Applications must be complete with all items seven calendar days before the review date to be processed* We do try to extend this date when possible but this is the official cut off date.
